Simply ask your questions here (whatever it may be) and get them answered.
If you have a complaint aganist a specific manner, want him banned, and have evidence- see Berrated Banning Forum.
Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.

Saves me having to delete and move a billion threads too...

I guess you mean UE.net Originals, which are a group of people who were at the Unfortunate Events.net message boards before all the newbies came.
I hope that answers it somewhat.. Trage or VioletB could answer it better.

WHAT IS A MODERATOR? AND HOW DO I BECOME ONE?

A moderator is someone appointed by the admin (The admin is the person who created this forum and is the one in charge).

The moderator's duties include but are not limited to moving threads to the proper section, deleting offtopic and/or rude posts and to help answer/assist any members who have forum related questions/problems.

If you'd like to become a moderator keep an eye out for any annoucements. When the admin would like another moderator the admin will post an annoucement in order to alert interested parties. According to the 667 Decrees the requirements for being a moderator are:

(a) you must be on the Top 20 posters list, as a sign of your active participation, and

(b) you do not have your own message board. This is in accordance with 667 Dark Avenue Administrative Decree #6.

Why is my picture always so much smaller than everyone elses? No matter how big or small they are, they always get squished up. Help?

You need to specify the size of your picture. This is probably the problem.

At the top of the page, click on profile.
Next to "I have my own pic:", check the box and enter in http://mnd.starry-moon.net/doll183.gif
Under "Custom Avatar Width", enter 61.
Under "Custom Avatar Height", enter 189.

Obviously, to use a different picture, you'd want to change the URL and enter in the width & height values appropriate to that pictures instead.

I think you've got a long way to go ahola. At the top where theres some options click on members then go to top 20 posters.
