I like 667 Dark Avenue, or the Baudelaire mansion, or maybe the VFD Headquarters, I loved that place.

I really found myself rooting for Hector when I read the books; it was a real let-down the first time when the Baudelaires didn't make it onto the hot air mobile home.

I think what drew me to the Self Sustaining Hot Air Mobile Home isn't that it was the best home for the children (That being probably Uncle Monty's or just the Baul mansion) but that I thought it would be so cool to live in the air ha

Monty's house is easily my favourite home I'd want to live in. Maybe minus the poisonous reptiles

The more dangerous reptiles seem securely caged, at least, but it's worth asking whether a "favourite home" also includes the people in it; if you're saying that Uncle Monty's house is your favourite home from the series, that presumably implies that he's still around taking care of the reptiles himself, or has an assistant to do the same while he's away.

If I had to choose a place to live, I would choose Hotel D. Living in a hotel is really cool. There is always someone to fix your room, you have a pool at your disposal and you don't need to clean it. You can go to steam room, you can meet new and interesting people. Of course, you need to have a lot of money for this, but I believe you need less money than to maintain Jerome's house.

I would choose Hotel Denouement and Heimlich Hospital.

The Hotel Denouement sounds cool, but so does 667 Dark Avenue, Uncle Monty’s house and even the island before things went wrong and Ishmael took over.

667 Dark Avenue and Hotel Denouement. Also Aunt Josephine's house has a really nice view of the lake, although it might be a little cold since Jo's scared of the radiator, and Hector's self-sustaining mobile home is cool.

The mountain headquarters before it was destroyed. The description of the various rooms and facilities just sounds so cozy.

I used to fantasise about living in the headquarters all the time during my pro-VFD phase, now I just fantasise about burning it down.
