Well, by putting out a rule for disobeying, you are disobeying the strikes and the moderator that has given you them. I encourage you not to ignore Gigi. Or me. Or anyone else that is smart and knows what they're doing.
Do you want them in post form or PM form? Perhaps post form would persuade Emily that you are correctly punishing her.

OK! Thats it - new rule: Any moderator who directly disobeys the Administrator can be fired. Last chance Gigi Take back what you said with dignity or else I will delete it and fire you. Either way your silly strikes are just nothing. I think Im being genrous by giving you a choice right?

Wow - you must be pretty dumb for a teacher, no offense Well at least Ive shown that Im a mercyful person and that you are just stubborn. This was so uncalled for. Maybe you think your being respectable or something. I just came back from my vacation and you had to bring up all this bad stuff from the past! Geez what is your problem. I hope your satisfied. Now it is my duty to fire you because you broke the rule. I guess you should be glad Im not banning you Im so tired of being pushed around. This is my decision and anyone who argues will suffer you just mark my words.
Wimp! Come on, everyone gets a strike or a warning once in a while! I only know one person that doesn't have anything on their record, but he was pretty close to getting one. Even I have one! C'mon, take your strikes and the warning like a man!
Edit: Here is the evidence, Gigi.
i dont see why not
Tragedy once struck himself, although that's different, and I'm not sure if he actually recorded it (but then again, he stopped recording any punishments at some point).
The administrator represents the source of all rules and authority, and therefore, in principle, everything they do is permissable, even if somebody else who does the same thing gets punished. In practice, you could try, but the administrator, if they so pleased, could completely ignore it or even erase any evidence of it. Of course, that's looking at it from the viewpoint merely of the forum system; from a wider perspective, the admin might be breaking the Terms of Service, in which case she can be punished by a higher authority by having the board deleted if the Terms of Service enforcers find out about it. From a moral standpoint, the administrator should be held to exactly the same rules as everyone else, but in practice, it would be difficult to enforce that.
Short answer: Yes, I think you could strike an administrator, but there's no guarantee it (or you) will last.
I don't know. I doubt it.
I suppose, if you can prove that they've broken a rule, and there's nothing in the decrees against it.
Yes, but I don't know what good it would do, since the administrator can't be banned.
Can you strike an administrator?
Good question. I hope so. She so deserves it.
I've never known the situation to come up, but currently, I certainly wish we could. So, yes.
why not? I don't see a problem with that. It's the same as giving a strike to a member. An admin is just another member.
I dunno...we don't have the power to give strikes, because, if she gets three strikes, then what? We can't remove her from power.
Besides, what point would it have? I say no.
Seeing as she's been striking anyone she wants for no real reason, I say yes.
83.3 % of the moderators, g-mods (excluding me... leaving only Linda), and the DDs say you can strike an administrator. This is your staff, Emily. Would you really like to fire/strike/warn every one of them? They're very responsible and intelligent.

Thats funny for a second there I thought you called me a wimp AND also you posted in my locked thread - but it must be a mistake right Jemima? OK A - Gigi CANT give me strikes because I am the administrator and B - I didnt even deserve them. So just pipe down or youll get in trouble too
With all due respect, that's quite enough out of you. I've read enough. I finally see what's going on here. You are simply incapable. I would like to thank the few members that went out of their way to bring all of your crimes to my attention.
First, I will take away your administrator powers. I have perfectly good justification so don't complain. Even disregarding your absurd behavior, by "firing" the old G-Mods you broke our original agreement.
Therefore, you are just a regular member. Gigi's strikes are valid and so is the one I am about to give you for calling a member stupid.

I thought I'd share this with you all, now that ADR can't do anything about it if she doesn't like what I did.
When ADR's password got changed, she posted the entire e-mail, including the new temporary password. She never changed that password, and I logged into her account with it. I didn't do anything though, because I was afraid of the consequences. Then snicket told her to change the password in a PM and I automatically was logged out of the account.
So, yeah her stupidity risked the fate of 667 and I temporarily was the admin of 667 for all of like 10 seconds.
EDIT: Is it just a coincidence that the 60023101 account's birthday is today?
