I finished Exile's Return. MAD book. Though the ending was a cliffhanger.. so it sucked. Started re-reading Mr Monday and for School i'm supposed to be reading Through the Looking Glass, but instead I read Alice's Adventure's in Wonderland, afterwhich I shall read Through the looking glass.

I finished reading Mister Monday and Grim Tuesday, again, and just finished The Time Twister and have just begun The Blue Boa. All are awesome. Anyone know when the next Charlie Bone book is coming out? Drowned Wednesday is coming out sometime January.

I just finished reading The Catsitters and The Scarlet Letter.
The end of the Scarlet Letter would have been brilliant had I not bombed the subsequent reading quiz due to illness and overtiredness. I fell asleep studying for it, then was sick the day after.
The Catsitters was interesting at first, but looking back on it, I realize how full of clutter it was. There was no definitive point to the novel, and if there was, it was surrounded by masses of clutter about irrelevant things. The author put in like twenty different women and then shuffled them around until (seemingly randomly) selected one for the main character to end up with. And the main conflict (his fight with a close female friend) was resolved in less than two pages. The last two pages.
Plus it was unsettling how the main character had absolutely no qualms about making out with a random girl while he'd finally started dating the woman of his dreams.
It did have some good observation stuff, though, and Claudia was a wicked awesome character.

The Golem's Eye by Jonathan Stroud, second in the Bartimaeus trilogy. I got it today and have been reading it on a train, and have been bitting at it since, although I put it aside an hour or so ago. I'm about halfway through. It's a good book. Drowned Wednesday is coming out sometime January. Lucky you. I have to wait until June. Yes, you read that right. June 6th, 2005. My rage is barely constrained, and I'm having difficulty not writing a rant about it.

Did i post here before, I wonder... I'm reading Dragon Rider, by Corneilia Funke. It lives up to Inkheart and the Theif Lord. I'm trying to get hold of grim tuesday, but I can't find it. Anyone Here read the Old Kingdom Trilogy? me and my sister are constanly fighting over which one is better: Mogget, or the Disreputable Dog.

The Disreputable Dog. Definately. Though Mogget's secret identity is cooler than DD's. Dog is cool.
