I liked TE a lot, but it's hard to choose between that and TGG with TSS. Though for now I think TE may still win.
Supplementary-wise, I thought the UA was the best. It also includes a lot of answers, and fills in a lot of the gaps in the actual series.

I voted for THH and TSS. I guess I like THH because that's when the Baudelaires started to travel together alone. TSS because I like Quigley.

I voted for The Ersatz Elevator, because it marks the introduction of the Squalors. I also voted for The Slippery Slope, since I love Esme's interaction with the Baudelaires and Quigley. Especially the part where the children are pulling her up the mountain on the toboggan ("Mush!"), which is probably the most hilarious thing I've ever read in literature. ;D

I voted for the UA because I liked the convoluted clues it gave as well as made me smile because of the fact that it says Unauthorized Autobiography because an autobiography is a biography a person writes about themselves. I also voted for TE because you really see how much everyone has grown since the beginning of the series as well as getting clued in to a past no one really knew much about. What we know about the Baudelaire parents is about the same level if not less than we have about the Marauder era in Harry Potter which is not much. So I thought it was nice to be let in on that if only a little bit. Reason for Editing: Wanting to add something

The Ersatz Elevator : It marks the first appearance of Esmé, my favorite character in ASoUE, and I like the critic to conspicuous consuming and fashion, the way it mocks over-luxurious things and the levels of absurdity this critic contains. Plus I really like the setting, the whole 'feel' of TEE.
The Penultimate Peril : By far the darkest book in the series IMO, TPP is really special to me because it has so much happening in it, and I love the setting and the 3 simultaneous chapters and the Not a chapter and Also not a chapter parts. TPP is amazing to read, and it has the coolest-looking cover of all 13 books in ASoUE.I LOVE the Baudelaires' concierge disguise, and the no-one-can-be-trusted theme the book presents. ^^

The slippery slope. I love the relationship between Violet and Quigley in this book, i also quite like the fact that the Baudilaires are separated in this book as i feel you get to know them more as individuals. I also quite like the fact it is different to the other books as Count Olaf isn't carrying out the same old follow the orphans disguise trick (:

The autobiography left me thinking long after I read it. The same is true of some of the books, but I feel like the autobiography was just a load of information involving VFD and all the mysteries in the series. That was my favorite book.
Of the main series though, my favorite was The Slippery Slope. I'm not entirely sure why.

How cool, Hooky. ^^ TEE and TPP are awesome.
But I also like TMM, TAA, THH, TSS and TGG a lot. ^^
Some people don't like TMM, but I really like it.

Lemony Snicket's Unauthorized Autobiography and the Beatrice Letters. Somehow I'm much more interested in the adult's life's than the children's.

I picked The Penultimate Peril and TUA for one regular and one supplementary. I've always gravitated towards TPP for some inexplicable reason, but I do like them all to some extent.

I like Austere Academy, since that it's the ONLY book I have in my possession.
