Apart from the box set? I know of a sort of curiosity that will be of purely academic interest to some people and no interest to others. There's no news worth mentioning about it yet, though, but soon hopefully. The box set is far more interesting, and every day I search for cover art for it, with no success, even though it's out in less than a month.

The solution to the mystery is that the things I'm talking about are not yet remotely interesting or have nothing to show for themselves. The best I could possibly offer is a link to another text post saying that something is going to happen. Progress: None. So how's about instead of whining "are we there yet?" you sit tight and be patient instead. Edit: We have an official release day announcement from Lemony Snicket social media! 29th September - TODAY.#ATWQ4 arrives TODAY!Before you fully investigate Lemony Snicket’s “Why is This Night Different from All Other Nights?” ask yourself these questions: 1. If a train is already speeding through the night, is it too late to get on board? 2. When everyone on the train is suspicious, how do you know who to follow? 3. “Murder!” 4. Wait, who said “murder”? Has everything become derailed? This is the final book in Lemony Snicket’s bestselling series, All The Wrong Questions. Egmont are mysteriously silent on the book's release. In fact, I don't recall them ever doing much to promote it. Good job there. Perhaps the reality is different in-stores?

Ellington FeintOccupations: Rogue Agent / Personne Fatale Commonly Applied Descriptives: Sneaky, Lithe, Devoted Principal Predicament: Attempting to alter villainous plot for her own possibly unvillainous purposes. Favorite Book: Beneath the Underdog by Charles Mingus Overheard Saying: "I will do anything and everything." Recently Seen: Wearing a disguise in order to enter a forbidden building in order to snatch another disguise in order to enter another building equally if not more forbidden. I just looked up this autobiogrphy by Minugs, and a reviewer says (which is echoed in other reviews, too) ""the reader is forced to plow through page after page of erotica (some might label it pornography) in order to ferret out the most basic kind of information about the man and his music." I also found an older Daniel Handler interview where he says: "[Charles Mingus] also has a wonderful autobiography called Beneath The Underdog that includes instructions for making a woman scream in bed." Interesting choice of a favourite book for Ellington Feint...

It figures that she would be drawn to unsuitable reading choices.

I may as well continue adding the T.A.O.A. profiles as they come.

Interesting choice of book. Just because it's about a woman of achievement? You might expect it to be Josephine's pick, if anyone's.

Diving helmet, rubber glove and snow shoes? Gasp! She was in the Mortmain Mountains! And she was the one that told Widdershins and Phil to leave the Queequg!
I've solved it!

Sadly when I say read I mean listen, as I was unable to get ahold of a text copy; I can't begin to describe how much harder it made finding the grains of information about musicianship.

Looks like Pip and Squeak have been added to the character profiles, at least going by Lemony Snicket's Twitter.

They are indeed, which reminds me that I forgot to transcribe Cleo's file, so I'll do that with this one. 8th OctoberCleo KnightOccupations: Chemist/Heiress Commonly Applied Descriptives: Scientific, Determined, Elegant Principal Predicament: Attempting to revive an enormous industry with a not-yet-completed formula. Favorite Book: West with the Night by Beryl Markham Overheard Saying: "Eureka! Now all I need are these extremely rare ingredients found only in a dangerous area at the dead of night. Don't wait up." Recently Seen: Donning a diving helmet, rubber gloves, and snow shoes. Associate yourself with Lemony Snicket’s Associate, Cleo Knight. + Create your own file with the Suspicious Character Builder. -~< 12th OctoberPecuchet "Pip" BellerophonOccupations: Steerer/Getaway Commonly Applied Descriptives: Brave, Agile, Self-Educated Principal Predicament: Father ill, low on gas. Favorite Book: Danny, The Champion of the World by Roald Dahl, particularly Chapter 7 Overheard Saying: "This isn't a shortcut, but it is an unwatched route." Recently Seen: Taking a reckless turn.
