[glow=blue,2,300]We're burying my grandfather tomorrow. Each of us is planning on putting something of value in the coffin with him. I don't know what to put in. What do you guys think I should put in? [/glow]

Everything bad seems to happen to you. I really feel bad.
I don't know what you should put in the coffin. What was he like? What sorts of things did he like to do?

[glow=blue,2,300]He used to have an antique store with my grandma, but after that I don't know what he did. But I know he always supported my writing. He gave me everything from papers to pencils to dictionaries. He left me his bracelet. The first Edgar Allan Poe book I got (that is falling apart) was from him. He loved books ...he was happiest with his grandchildren[/glow]

Maybe the bracelet that he left you. Or his favourite antique.

How many E.A. Poe books do you have? put one of those in there with him. Or perhaps you could print out a script of one of your pieces of work and put it in there.
I'm sorry that happened. My sympathies are with you.

i think you should write him a poem and place that in there. and i'm gonna be a conformist for a split second and say that i'm sorry and hope things get better for you.

I'm sorry, Lady Poe. I'm gonna agree with Hope; a print-out of your work would be most meaningful.

you could write him a poem, or print out part of one of your stories.
I'm so sorry about your grandpa. My sympathies are with you.

I agree with Hope and twistedbrain - you should put in a story or poem or something. I'm very sorry that happened. I know how sucky it feels to lose a relative.

Sorry. I forgot. *hands euro a random hyper cookie* And your ideas are not just perfectly good. They're simply fabulous, dahling. *tries to imitate Hollywood star-type person but winds up looking very stupid*
