My friends, who unconditionally love me. But my dog does the same thing. <3
Creativity is an awesome outlet. Draw, write, whatever. And if you love someone, talk to them. I dunno how guy friendships work, but I think you could talk to them. If not, find a girl. We're emotional people. Pets work too. Spread the love!

Friends, writing, reading. Anything to take my mind off of lifey stuff. Music. Usually, unhappy bad music is what makes me feel better. People are always like, "mlaaaaah. bad music will corrupt your mind and make you an evil terrible person!" but when I'm feeling depressed, happy music pisses me off.
Lately, if I'm really depressed, I've just gone to sleep because I can't get the modivation to do anything else and sleeping is like, negative energy.

Not much. I generally just sort of try to immerse myself in a book or something of the sort.

My desire to be better than everyone else.
I seriously comtemplate suicide, because most of the time it just feels like I can't take it, but then I realize people would miss me and I can't really be the best person ever if I'm dead.

Nothing really. When I'm down... I'm down. Everyone can tell when I'm having a bad day because I either don't talk or look dead, or a combination of the two. My friends (or sometimes family) may attempt to help by being sympathetic, but their sympathy only makes me think about the problem further, which in turn makes me cry or cry harder if I'm already crying. Music tends to help me depending on if I'm listening to sad emo music or happy music. Writing poetry helps on occassion.

I try not to let it show when I'm down, because I'm generally a friendly and happy person, and I don't like to be upset. But hey, no one does.
When I am sad, though, it's usually at home. When I am, I sit in my room and read a book or listen to some uplifting music.

When I'm down, I try to calm down by sitting in my room on my bed, and reading or sleeping.
