However, the locations of the continents on Pangae shows that all the areas in which lemurs live used to be connected, thus explaining their rather odd distribution and eliminating the need for a lost continent beneath the Indian Ocean. I have seen no such arguments against Atlantis or Mu.

I always thought it was is in London. It talked about cobblestone roads, horses, and trolleys.

If it wasn't for the fact that it doesn't take place anywhere (or anywhen, for that matter), then I'd put it in a wierd half-England half-America land.
Edit: Although London has rather moved on from trolleys and horse-drawn carriages these days.
