The usual... write, draw, throw stuff, listen to music, be angry because it's easier... eventually get a headache from crying and freaking out then finally get to sleep at 3... good stuff.
Actually, I can't pretend to be an authority on this... my heart's been pretty sturdy... Or I could just not have a heart *checks* I'll get back to you dudes on that...
