is dr pepper really supposed to be prune flavored soda?? once i mixed fresca with gin. i almost died from tastebud poisoning. i think gin and tonic tastes like sprite. but ive only had sips of it. i used to think that red wine was gross cos my mo let me chose which one she got and apparently im not good at that but once she actually got a good one and it was really good but i only got a sip. champagne on new yearsis always good!! i know how to make martinis cos i wanted to know something aobut that. it may sound liike i drink a lot but only when a parent is around just to say. and my parents arent alcoholics, i am. lol! i dont get how u are all astonished about neggy drinking. my sisters hate alcohol. whenever tory eats anything slightly alcoholic she barfs. even when she has one ofthose creme de menth parfaits! but i plan on never getting drunk cos i hate barf and barfing...my plan rpobably wont work

Er....well, let's see....when things go wrong im my life, I just moan for a bit at the nearest person next to me and if that doesn't work, I just go with the flow and say, well, it's only this once, I should just take it coolly.
But, if I'm heartbroken (e.g. when a guy who I like doesn't like me) I don't fret about that. There are plenty more fish in the sea! So girls... (and vice versa for dudes) don't mope around just cuz someone doesn't like you! I am sure there is someone in the world out there who does like you...

martinis taste pretty bad. once when i was making one i tasted it and it tastes like the smeel of nail polish remover. i think the whole point of martinis is so that you can get smashed. or to get to the olive which has to be the best part of them

My parents visited me in Australia for the last three weeks, and managed to break my fragile homesick heart (as well as permanently altering my relationship with them, for the worse). I coped by sobbing, shouting, and drinking a lot. As we traced a depressing sightseeing tour from the land of Carlton to the land of Cooper's to the land of Boag's and Cascade, I partook of all these beers and the occasional complementary shot of Jagermeister. One good thing about alcohol is that it makes you sleep for a good long while, and when you wake up, you may have a splitting headache, but your problems may look less significant. (Big Dumb Face, you live in a lovely state, but travelling from Devonport to Stanley to Cradle Mountain to Launceston to Port Arthur to Hobart to Devonport over the course of four days with parents in tow was a hellish experience. I like the beer though, and the Mercury Dry. [The best thing about longnecks of Mercury cider is that they have screwcaps, so you can put them back in the fridge, unlike longies of beer.] Also, there was a film crew following our Port Arthur ghost tour group, so keep an eye out for me, hubby and parents on the ABC sometime in the mid to distant future!)

virgin margaritas...mmmmmmmm. I don't dirnk much alcohol, simply because I grew up in a family of alcoholics, and I've had enough booze puked all over me to last a lifetime. I don't care if you drink or not, as long as you don't throw up on me after.

I have no idea what show it's going to be on. I think it was a documentary thing...they mentioned that one of the houses on the tour was previously on an ABC "most haunted places in Australia" show thing. For all I know it could be on a tourism show...I was just eager to get the hell off of that whole prison complex. For the record, I didn't see any ghosts, but I did get a creepy vibe from the seperate prison building.
