Just out of interest, New York moves away from London at about 20 millimetres per year. So, since ASOUE started, it's moved about 100 mm further away.
Oh yeah, and in some cases, they put bands with reviews about ASOUE on them around the UK covers, so you can't read it without breaking the seal/sliding it off.
Here's a really funny review that appears on one of them;
