Could have been. It's probably the Sebald movie Vampires in the Retirement Community.
A lot of those movie names are related to the books. For example, there was one called something like Realtors in the Cave.

I also remember Leeches in the Lake, Lions in the Mountains, and The Littlest Elf.

Olaf and Olivia probably got the CC lions from the Mortmain Mountains. They must have been the Volunteer Feline Detectives.
In fact, they must have been V.F.D. lions, because Lemony mentioned that a friend of his taught them to smell smoke (referring pretty specifically to the lions at the carnival).

Indeed, Olaf kidnapped the Volunteer Feline Detectives for his own evil purposes. Also, remember the stuffed lion head on his wall? That was a VFD lion, named for its trainer. Either Bertrand or Beatrice, says Lemony. But who's Bertrand?

Perhaps somebody we haven't met yet. Perhaps somebody we'll never meet due to their death.

Yeah. It could have been linked with Esme's "B" Snowsuit. She might've taken it from somewhere in the caves, Because lions are in the mountains, and maybe he trained them in the mountains, and then Olaf KILLED the lion that he used to train, and Esme found it, and stole it and...long story. Complicated explaining... But I was just quoting what you said Fight Fire With Fire..[Could have been. It's probably the Sebald movie Vampires in the Retirement Community] Were you agreeing with what I said, cause I said that on the first page. Just wondering.

I suspected that Esme's snowsuit had once belonged to Beatrice. As for the lion on Olaf's wall, I assume that it's a good VFD lion that Olaf shot for reasons I'm unsure of. Perhaps just because it worked for good VFD, or because it was tracking him down and knew how to smell smoke.

I suspected that Esme's snowsuit had once belonged to Beatrice. As do I.

It certainly seems that way. It also seems that Olaf didn't want Sunny to see that suit. And in the Ersatz Elevator, Esmé kept on interrupting Jerome's stories about the Baudelaire mother (hiking trip, auction).

And in the Ersatz Elevator, Esmé kept on interrupting Jerome's stories about the Baudelaire mother (hiking trip, auction). It seems that they're trying to keep the children from figuring out that their parents were in VFD. Jerome's not in VFD, but he could inadvertently drop clues about it in conversation.

Well, if the terrible thing that the Quagmires found out about Olaf was that he was in V.F.D. and caused the schism, then it's understandable that he wouldn't want to spread it around.

I mean, why would you want to spread THAT around...

Mm. Speaking of which, to those who are dubious as to what happened at the schism, then the V.F.D. Building Committee transcript was almost certainly the meeting at which the schism occurred. O. and E. were very likely Olaf and Esmé, since their names lead to "Schism" in the U.A. index.
While we don't have the second half of the transcript, it seems that Olaf made a number of demands while threatening the volunteers with a mysterious item (revealed by Handler in an interview to have been a match or a lighter). I imagine that these demands probably included putting V.F.D. under his control, giving him a vast fortune and a greatly increased number of henchmen, who he could use to fight fire with fire, because he believed that well-read people should be lit on fire and have their fortunes stolen. Some, like Georgina Orwell, thought that he had the right idea and joined him. I imagine a number joined him out of fear. Others remained stoic, and vowed to keep V.F.D. the noble organisation that it had long been. Others still simply abandoned V.F.D., imagining that the organisation could not rise up from the ashes after such a crisis. Examples of this last group include Olivia, and other people whose membership is dubious in many people's minds, such as Mr. Poe. This last group had no fixed allegiance, though, and could be good or bad as they pleased, but they do not commit acts in the name of V.F.D. anymore. This allows people like Sir or Nero to have been volunteers, if you so wish, although I don't think that they were ever volunteers myself - although I think that with some people we'll never know.
