In the HH, you know how in every book they have a picture in the middle-endish period that takes up an entire page, well, in the HH the picture includes Violet falling over next to the file cabinet consisting Snack through Snifter, and if you recall that is where the name SNICKET WOULD be found.. Coincidence? I think not. Also, if you take a look next to Violet's leg in the bottom left, you can see a wanted sign with Olaf's face in it. Coincidence? I think not, for Olaf murdured Jacques SNICKET. Other interesting things include a map of Lake Lachrymose, Muluctuary Money Management Stock Card and still inside the cabinet is a Deadly Snake file. (Mamba du Mal) Coincidense? I THINK NOT for the Esme Squalor Fan Club won the Mamba Du Mal from Bruce and Esme Squalor is Olaf's girlfriend and Olaf murdered Jacques Snicket and Snicket's file cabinet is the one Violet Baudilaire is falling by!!!! Dang I'm good!!! Discuss. *Breathes very deeply* I should be lawyer, shoudn't I? P.S-The page number is 121 U.S version.

I've noticed all that, but I thought they were just some interesting little items, not vitally important to the story.
Like the torn pieces of the Quagmire notebooks in TVV, or the files under Olivia's table in TCC. They are confusing and fun-to-speculate-about pictures but I think you might be looking for inexistent connections.

Quag notebooks-VV File cabinet -HH Madam L's -CC hmmmmm Has that happened in any other books/I think not! ;D

I don't think there's any significance to those items in the file cabinet, myself. They're probably just randomly interesting things, although it makes sense that Hal would have information on places Lemony Snicket might have visited.

Could it be possible (and don't misinterpret this, I'm not trying to be mean) that Helquist was just having a bit of fun?

There are a number of illustrations like this - as Sixteen pointed out, TVV Chapter 13, and TCC Chapter 7. I suspect that there's an element of artistic license and the author's own decisions, although it's hard to say, since we don't know how the content of the chapter pictures is decided between Handler and Helquist.

i just noticed that the chapter 8 picture from THH has a women quitely knitting with her face hidden behind a balloon who looks remarkably like kit snicket, there is alos a man with a beard but no hair and various women with hair but no beard.
and the picture at teh beginning of THH has two adverts for large boxes (like refridgarator boxes)

I assume that you have read all of the books? The Penultimate Peril gives some hints and towards the end The End explains the unfortunate events that befell the Quagmires, but their ultimate fate is up for debate. You're not missing an awful lot, though.
