Oh God! I'm so sorry! I don't have the sites addresses anymore and I don't have a lot of time as I used to have then... Sorry But just go to www.google.com and type "Lemony Snicket- Movie" and you'll get tons of stuff.

I am so excited for this flick... I'm just upset that I'M NOT DIRECTING IT!!!! I have dreamt of making these movies for quite a while... I think Barry Sonnenfeld is a decent choice. He has experience with dark comedies (Addams Family, MIB) and I think he will hopefully take care with this project (his last three movies have all been quite mediocre - Wild Wild West, MIB2 and Big Trouble, but I think those all had pretty average scripts, and I know that ASOUE movie will have a TERRIFIC script, especially since Lemony himself is writing it).
I look forward to any developments in the film production process, and Scott Rudin is a great producer who I'm sure will make sure the movie is done RIGHT.

Getting back on topic...
This is what we know about the movie:
Directed by Barry Sonnenfeld Written by Lemony himself Produced by Scott Rudin (and Nickleodeon and Paramount) Catagorized as "childrens', fantasy, teen drama, live-action, comedy, musical, mock-gothic"
This is what we think we know about the movie:
Stephen Merritt will write the music Filmed in Winnipeg (*gasp* Lemony... in my country! *faints*) Taking in actors off the street (poo on that!)
Is that all we got? :/ If we'd been talking more about this, we'd have more. Stupid off-topicness.

I think taking actors "off the streets" is great! ;D Then it'll be a newcomer! And it will give kids who wanna be actors a chance to get their carreers started.

Phew! Glad I'm not the only one! Got worried for a second, there... ;D I have a question. I just read online an article about the auditions that are being held right now for the children in the movie and was horrified to see they appear to have changed the ages of the children. The article said that they were looking for boys ages 8-9 for Klaus and 10-12 for Violet. Hello, Violet is 14 and considering Klaus's character and intellect, it doesn't make sense for him to be only 8 years old. Do you think that Daniel Handler really change the ages for the movie or that it was a mistake? I hope it is a mistake that Handler will catch.

Um.. I think I remember hearing that they might be changing the kids' (Sunny's too) ages in the movie. And I think it was on this forum too. Or maybe I didn't get enough sleep last night...
I have a question too: Why'd you quote me?
