(Big thank you to Orwell for the banner.) Mark your calendars now for the Terribly Tricky Trivia contest.
This contest will consist of 13 quizzical questions, one from each book in the Series of Unfortunate Events. (Please label your answers with letters or numbers where noted.)There will also be Bonus Questions that can be answered if you thoroughly know other Lemony Snicket items. Bonus Questions answered correctly may take the place of regular questions answered incorrectly. The questions will be posted in this thread, one every few hours. Please do not post your answers here. At the end of contest, PM all your answers to Gigi (username: dgrune, subject line: "667 Trivia") or send an e-mail to mthomas113@yahoo.com. Gigi will judge the entries for accuracy. All entrants with 100% correct answers will be entered into a drawing for the Grand Prize. (A score of 13 or more is required.) Obviously, you cannot be monitored for cheating. Most of you will need to look the answers up in your books. We cannot prevent you from sharing answers either. But do you really want to help someone else win and not you?

Hey members,
Gigi has sent me the trivia scores. There were some really excellent results, and we've narrowed it down to five entries that fell in the top scoring range. These five names will be put into a hat and I will draw one. This will be the grand prize winner. He or she will choose between receiving a signed copy of The Grim Grotto or an unsigned first edition copy of The Bad Beginning.
Then Gigi will do a raffle of the remaining four names. The winner will be sent the remaining prize.
