Immortality* I would probably have been a vanya in Aman. Because they spend time closest to the valar and never left the blessed realm except maybe to fight at the end of the First Age. That way I'd have immortality, bliss, but wouldn't have to run the world like the maiar(wizards) and valar.

I would just want to be in Aman or on one of those swan boats that have Cirdan's craftwork.

The best ships ever made were made by the Teleri at Alqualonde with the help of Ulmo and Osse I think. And Feanor burned them all. Feanor wasn't exactly stable...

I dunno. I just knew about Cirdan. I would like to live in Aman. Even though it's not technically (excuse my spelling) in Middle-Earth.

Cirdan's pretty cool. I dunno why he's still in Middle Earth he's had ample opportunity to leave.

Did I spell technically right? I think I did. I only knew of Cirdan's craftwork because it's one of the naval unit's upgrades on BFME 2.

hehehe. Well he's pretty much the lord of the Havens. He gave Gandalf his ring of power, Narya.

Either a Hobbit and Live in The Shire (gotta love The Shire) Or I'd be a Elf and live in Rivendell

Mm Rivendell. The only problem with Rivendell is that now that the rings are gone, it's fading.

yes, here's how the rings work. One- Controls all the other ones with the goal of making those who hold the other 19 your servants. Three- they hold back the passage of time, essentially making the abode of the dwellers immortal. Vilya: Elrond had this one, it preserved Rivendell. Narya: Gandalf had it, it kept his spirit going after thousands of years of wandering and defeats. Nenya: Galadriel had it and it kept Lorien wonderful. The seven- they amass gold for the dwarves. The nine: they amass political power for men. The thing is that they were all bound to the one. When the one was destroyed the rings lost their power. Therefore the nine died (end of ringwraiths) wherever the seven were their golden power was lost. And, sadly, the three lost all strength to keep alive such places as Lorien and Rivendell.

hmmmm. thats odd. you would think that those elven areas would be naturally preserved, you know how the elves are all sort of entwined with grass, water, light.

Nah. Middle Earth is mortal territory and it's still going to wither eventually. Only the Undying Lands are not subject to decay.
