You want to know the best place?
The Paths of the Dead.
I'm not saying I'd like to build a summer home there, but the trees are actually quite lovely.
(pardon me for the Princess Bride reference)

Moria. That Balrog is just too cool

It's not cool at all. It's evil, deadly, ruthless, covered in fire (that last bit making it very much hot, not cool) But Moria in the fourth age must be awesome. I expect the dwarves returned and rebuilt all the stuff that got ruined.

Oh, this is such a hard question. I heart all the places in LOTR...Hmm...They're all my favorite. Yay.

How can you choose anything but Lothlorien? With the fair Lady Galadriel, last of the house of Finarfin, as your ruler. The majestic trees, and the fading beauty....Oh, to be in Lothlorien in the spring...

But I pick valinor because in the 4th age lady galadriel may well be in valinor. Plus the valar are many times more majestic and powerful than she.

You mean Varda? Next to her Galadriel must seem like a wart on the face of Valinor. Yet, Galadriel has always impressed me far more than other characters .You're right, actually, in the Fourth Age she would be in Valinor. But I'm talking about the Third Age.

I'm talking about ALL the valar. And I'm also talking about the third age. Actually I'm not sure where she'd be in valinor, she might only have permission to be in eressea... *Shrug*

I prefer good old Hobbiton. Nice and peaceful, with plenty to eat.
