I may/may not start such a thread. It doesn't look like the idea is very popular as of now so why do it?

Indeed. It's got everything, good land, buildings, people. There are even crushed diamonds in the roads.

They do it to make everything pretty and perfect. There are also good hunting grounds, and then Taniquetil.

But Aman has more stuff than Mordor. It's got gods, towers, elven cities(like huge rivendells), and nature. Mordor's got desolation and Mount Doom and Lake Nurnen.

Osgiliath rebuilt would be nice. I hear Eldarion, Aragorn's son, rebuilt it. I hope he also rebuilt Amon Sul.

There are at least 8 palantiri: One master one in Avallone, the city in Eressea, easternmost of the Undying Lands.
One in elostirion that looks toward Avallone. One in Amon Sul. One in Annuminas by Lake Evendim. One in Isengard(Orthanc). One in Minas Tirith/Minas Anor One in Osgiliath One in Minas Ithil
