Sam. good ole sam. the way a hobbit is and should be. never lost his straight head, up beat attitude or plain hobbit sense. he is the definition of 'hobbit'. he likes his beer, his food and his garden. gee, if only i was lucky enough to be rose cotton. ;D

No room in the poll! ;D I can't stand HP... well, the film's anyway. I still think he's a little whiner in the books. Most of all in TOOTP... and it's not the Fellowship or Rider's! Triangle of Evil! Gollum, Saruman and Sauron! FOR MORDOR!

Nightwake and CountQuagmire, you people got issues man! how can you think that the fellowship stinks? i actually didn't really like theoden, eomer or faramir. i liked eowyn though. more in the movie than in the book. and lemonlady, you'd have to fight me for sam!

Fife, here's why. One, they nearly always suceed when the better force (Mordor) should win. Second, theyr'e too goody goody (maybe not Borromir). Third, Frodo whines too much. Finally, I loath the good guys.

you loath the good guys? but....but....THEY'RE GOOD!!!!!!! they're suppose to win! good grief, if sauron won,.............it just wouldn't be nice!!!!!!!!!! plunging the whole world into darkness and all. not to metion, he probably treats his allies just as bad as his enemies. he's..........BAD!!!!!!!!

But it happens the to best of us. and it just can seem to be helped, those poor poor pathetic little people. Oh, and Sam....he is mine forever and always ;D

well, what about the baudelaires? they always lose and they're good. or boromir had a fault (his thing for the Ring) and well he died. he didn't win. and anyways, the ring was destroyed by mistake. gollum fell in. it was just a lucky break on the good guys side.
