viggo sings on the Return of the King song! i havent heard it yet tho, viggo... hmm... great actor... can't imagine him singing, though. chris-- it's kinda weird if a guy talks like a girl

Anways, I just got the ROTK soundtrack and Im listening to the Viggo song right now, just waiting for him to start singing ... this is long intrumental part ... hmm hm dummmm hmmm ... la dee dum doo de la ... come on ... geez ... my lands ... *snore*... ok, there he goes ... I think thats him ... ya, it is. Well, he has a really deep voice, singing in elvish I think. Its not wonderful, but its not bad. So there, now you know. Now go and get your own cd!! Im in a bad mood!! *runs away crying*

Billy's song is really good, he wrote the tune for it (the words are from something else by Tolkien). And for Viggo, yes, he is singing in Elvish (Sindarin, actually, which is an older dialect of it, I think... you can learn it at councilofelrond.com). I'd post the translation, but my friend has my ROTK soundtrack (I am suffering Billy withdrawl because of it), so I can't. It's in the booklet, though. For some reason, The Steward of Gondor doesn't have words printed. But, I've memorized them anyway, so it doesn't matter. ^_^

i'm not sure if the billy fans discovered this site yet but it's www.memoirsoftheshire.com/multimedia.htmit has a billy radio interview from California in it. very cool. i listened to it and couldn't stop smiling! ;D
