That walkthrough only gives you the locations of the letters, not their meanings. Let me see if my finished game is still saved and I'll find them.

The words are not printed anywhere, only spoken by Tim Curry the narrator of the game. I cannot quite make out what he is saying for F. It sounds like "fur - ah - no", a word which here means "a motley assortment of odds and ends, cleverly assembled for a useful purpose". Can anyone figure out the actual word from that definition?
