I've got one of those! Great as a collector's item, but ridiculously expensive. (And they had to send me two because the first one got lost in the post and never arrived.) I should note that, despite what it says on Egmont's aSoUE site - but not in this eBay listing, thank you - this edition of TBB does not contain the Rare Edition Author's Notes.

But why didn't your sister read it? I'd love it if a sibling of mine buys one for me as a present... Oh well.

I double checked everything from some rare books sites before posting it. It is ok to say that it is signed as that is what the publisher says on their advertising, otherwise I wouldn't have put it up - been burnt myself with a few ebay listings that weren't as described, CD's that say they are the special edition or digipack with bonus tracks that have no such thing when they arrive . But why didn't your sister read it? I'd love it if a sibling of mine buys one for me as a present... Oh well. They have read them, well the standard edition ones that is. They told me that they didn't have much interest in keeping these editions and when they found out how much they were they basically ordered me to put them up on ebay or some such

Yeah, don't worry, your eBay listing gets it right. These books were advertised on UnfortunateEvents.com - the official site - as having some bonus features which they did not, in fact, have, but they are definitely each signed, which along with the high-quality binding accounts for the high price. Given that, 60 Euros is a good deal. I wish you luck in finding a buyer.

I have one of these. It's very nice. If any of you have money to spare, go for it.

I don't. :c (. Anyway I wish another book like that would appear. The bidding is over.

A year goes by and nobody's bought it yet? It's not even as if the official site is still selling them.

I don't know why they didn't go, I had another house move to contend with so I didn't really get a chance to put them up since but maybe it's just that the people that might be interested in them aren't on ebay when I have them up?
They are on collectors sites for $150 and I was only hoping to make back what I paid for them.
