This doesn't get to me at all. If anything, it is racist, and I think the person who came up with this is a racist. I'm glad you aren't letting this get to you, though it still upsets me. Hopefully whomever is responsible will get bored and stop when they realize they aren't going to get a reaction from you or anyone else.

The censors, at least for words that deserve to be censored, are in place because even if you put an asterisk in the word you can still figure out what it is. This way, any younger members won't see any 'bad language' in any form. I agree that some of them are ridiculous.

Could an exception be made in the "Chaotic Creativity" section at least for the swears? When I write short stories, occasionally my characters swear, and I feel it's detrimental to the quality of my storytelling to have the words changed to something comedic.

This could've changed at some point, but to my recollection, I'm pretty sure that exceptions aren't possible. It's one rule for the entire forum. I do appreciate your point, though; a literary context is rather different to a social one, and if you're writing a serious scene, it's hard to self-censor in a way that doesn't look slightly silly (i.e. the asterisk method). I'm just not sure if I have an answer to your problem.
I'd like to record my appreciation for the recent changes, though.

Ooooh, Brazilian is no longer censored! I wonder who changed that and if who changed it is the same person who created the censor in the first place.
