Skype sessions have to be held at particular times which aren't convenient for everyone. And, as someone said early in the process, they wouldn't work if everyone was there, anyway. Which is fine. What worries some people is when people come back to the main board and make in-jokes which can only be understood by those who were on Skype; it produces a feeling of being excluded.

I think that's the differenct between skype sessions and the Skype Mafia. The Skype Mafia are the people who post inside jokes after skype sessions, which confuses people who haven't been there and makes them feel excluded (especially after spontaneous skype sessions, where they didn't even have a chance to come, even if they wanted, because they didn't know anything about it). That's why I understand the Anti-[Skype Mafia] thing. But I wouldn't understand an [Anti-Skype]-Mafia, because everyone can communicate wherever they want and because skype sessions are awesome.
