This book is inspired heavily by the works of Lemony Snicket, but it has heavy undertones of The Prisoner of Zenda. It is set in a fictional East Asian country.

Maybe you could use a quote or a piece of dialogue, something that really sets the tone for your story. Remember it has to be catchy and make it stand out so more people would be likely to read it.

What sort of quote? From a witty and snarky character? Or should I tell you a short summary of the story?
Two private investigators are invited by a young, ambitious Eurasian empress. They discover a terrible plan to overthrow her from the simple matter of a missing doll.

The Private Investigators The Eurasian Empress The Terrible Plan The Simple Matter The Missing Doll I sense you pulling way too much words from the summary I made. Suggest something better, like a question or a foreign title.

It's hard for us to help you with a title without knowing quite a lot about the story. But often titles are taken from an important name in the narrative - so for instance that of the doll, or the empress - or from important phrases in the narrative, or from a very broad description of the main plot device (such as The Prisoner of Zenda). You might even wish to make it some poetic flourish or philosophical statement based around the theme or message of the novel. I must say, the plot does sound quite intriguing.

An Invitation to Investigate or Invited for Investigation or From Eurasia with Love (note: this can be seen as either unoriginal or humorous or both)
