These are three screenshots from the Vile Videos (Lemony's YouTube Channel: www.youtube.com/vfd667
If you look at all of the letters next to triangles, there are three lines of words. When you put them together, it says TWO CALLED BEATRICE. That is probably referencing to TBL where there are letters from two different Beatrices, as stated in the "To My Kind Editor". I don't know if it means much more, but it was cool to notice it. |

You can never be too sure about wether or not something is Illuminati or Illumi-not-i. What could "Two Called Beatrice" Mean? And how did you notice these things, veryfakedonkey? These would have flown right over my head, most likely. Kudos.

These would have flown right over my head, most likely. Kudos. I'm pretty sure it's talking about both Beatrices. (The Baudilaire's mom and Kit's daughter). I noticed it when my younger sister (I'm reading the books to her. We're on TMM) wanted to make a music video for "Scream and Run Away" and she asked me what that picture meant, so I looked in the other videos and figured it out. |

Well done; this is generally agreed to be the correct reading and interpretation of the secret message. You have to remember that, at the time these videos were originally released (and the official source, by the way, is LemonySnicket.com), TBL had only just been published and The End wasn't yet available, so the truth about these messages was much more mysterious. One of the tragedies of being late to the party is that every mystery has already been solved, but you might be interested in consulting the original Vile Videos thread for more details on how we approached the videos at the time. i first thought this was going to be an illuminati-related thing. There are even triangles. |

Yes. I saw this message explained somewhere else, unfortunately before I actually saw the videos, so I'll never know whether I would have spotted it or not myself. It's always nice to spot something independently.
