- you can start saying if you want to make banners or present awards. There will be threads for organising that, or you can just send me a PM
April 15th-22nd
- Special category voting
April 23rd-May 3rd
- nominations. Maybe I will start them a day earlier on the Saturday, it depends if the result of the special category voting lead to any more discussions which take another day.
May 3rd-7th
- pre-votings in categories with more than 18 nominations (why did we make that 18? I never remember that)
- in other categories you can keep nominating until there are 18
May 7th-17th
- voting
- We should have all the banner artists and presenters by the 14th
May 17th, possibly 18th for some
- presenters and banner makers will be sent results
May 20th-21st
- award presentations



Does that seem okay? Compared to last year we have a bit more time for the special category voting and for nominations, which is only because I don't know if I will have enough time in one go to make all the nomination threads/polls when it's not a weekend.

This may be because not much has happened this year. The Snicket threads have had a revival, but everything else has fallen off. I'll try to do something in the next couple of days, though.

Well, I did my best. I think we ended up with a decent number of nominees in most categories, and you can argue that having too many makes the vote too random, anyway.

As always polls will not be locked until after the presentations, because otherwise everyone could see the results, but the results will be taken on Wednesday the 17th of May, 8pm GMT.
