I had a sudden doubt... has there been any news about the Ishmael casting? Because I just remembered this photo from PW, when they were filming The End, and it somehow occurred to me... are they gonna make Lemony be Ishmael?? O.o http://instagram.com/p/BiH4jvRhjsU |

I think that’s Lemony’s narration costume that fits with the theme of what’s happening, like the clown or salmon outfit.

But in these situations he usually just wears the costume - he doesn't suddenly grow his hair and beard. It seems to be either from a different time than the narrating, or Patrick Warburton playing someone other than Lemony, rather than "Lemony as..."

It'd be a huge mistake if they make him be Ishmael. I don't want Lemony interacting with the kids.
Also, considering we know one of the last scenes of the show features Lemony Snicket walking on the tunnels, I doubt he's Ishmael. Probably a costume/flashback.

Lemony being Ishmael would be dreadful, both being played by the same actor wouldn't be my taste either, but at least interesting. That aside, I want Lemony to interact with the kids - as the taxi driver in TPP.

A woman who went to the prop auction recently posted this image what she said was one of the benches from the Hotel Denouement lobby.  Taken in conjunction with this still of other "Hotel Lobby" seats from the video, it certainly looks like the show is going to play up the Lobby's verdant colouring  |

If they follow their marketing schedule for season two, that likely means that we'll have our first look at season 3 at some point in these next few weeks.
