Well, I never expected them to continue this. I mean, I'm very glad they are, but it does make me wonder if they're going to get the same cast from TBB back? Aside from Tim Curry, of course.
I remember reading a rumor somewhere on these forums many years ago, that HarperCollins had recorded a dramatized version of the Reptile Room (and possibly some of the other books) but had simply never released it (or them). This audiobook is most likely that.
"The world, no matter how monstrously it may be threatened, has never been known to succumb entirely." - The Gothic Archies' accordion player
Weren't a lot of the original audio books not read by Tim Curry? I thought some were read by Lemony Snicket.
I just got up from my computer and looked at my four audio books, and TMM was read by Snicket. And there are some lines I can distinctly remember him reading, such as "I received a phone call yesterday... from Mr. Poe."
Faith is being sure about what we hope for, being convinced about things we do not see. Hebrews 11:1 For God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16

Stay-at-homet: Just updated my profile to express my hopes that everyone stays home and safe. I tried to give my avatar a mask, but it ended up looking more like Patrick from Spongebob in overalls.

Jean Lúcio: It was great for me. I also put a mask on my Avatar.

Jean Lúcio: Why didn't anyone warn me that I had a translation error in the title of my fanfic?
May 28, 2020 14:55:55 GMT -5
Jean Lúcio: It should be Silence Knot, not silent Knot ...
May 28, 2020 14:56:58 GMT -5
Jean Lúcio: Thanks to everyone who read my Fanfic Untie My Silence Knot. I finally finished it.

Sherry Ann: Jean Lucio, I thought the title of the TBL sonnet was "My Silent Knot" for years. It sounds more natural than having those two nouns together. And congratulations on finishing your fanfic!

Jean Lúcio: Thanks! Creating this fanfic at this moment stirred many of my feelings, and I believe that this fanfic reflected my state of mind at this time.
