Count Olaf dies? Yes, and then he's instantly reincarnated as Kit's baby and he sinks the Beatrice off the coast and kills the Baudelaire's finally. It's an amazing twist. I mean, we all knew there'd be changes from the book, but I think this one really caught everyone off guard. So much better than the book ending!

Sounds better than the book ending. Less ambiguous.

I don't know, I felt like the show answered too much, tbh. Like, did we really need to know that Beatrice was inside the sugar bowl all along? I know the majority of fans had already guessed that Beatrice was still alive, and very very tiny, but I must admit it felt really underwhelming to see her sticking her unbelievably small head out from under the lid.

While I was shocked at that plot twist, it really felt like a last minute solution to answer the Beatrice and sugar bowl mysteries all together. The only real evidence we had to that solution was the Beatrice dedication “To Beatrice, the smallest, most able-to fit in a sugar bowl, person I know”

I didn't mind them solving that mystery since it was pretty obvious in the books, but I hated how they revealed that it was Beatrice's weather controlling device that not only destroyed the Baudelaire mansion and crashed the Self-Sustaining Hot Air Mobile Home, but also created Hurricane Herman! I mean there's nothing in the books to imply this would be the case, we already knew for a fact that Esme summoned the hurricane using the enchanted Tiki idol that she bought at the 'so out, it's in' garage sale at the king of Arizona's estate, there was no reason to change this. To me, it feels like the writers saw how good the views for Bird Box were and just copied its plot twist verbatim!

I can deal with the weather controlling device, because we have to remember this is the show's own canon and Daniel Handler probably wanted this anyway. What was completely unnecessary was Jerome's crossover moment with BoJack from BoJack Horseman. It made no real sense in the world of the show and didn't even lead to anything. Really felt shoehorned in and ruined the whole mood of the basketball dance party scene.

Thanks ever so much for putting the time into this, Mr. Archies-Fan! These are some of my favourite tracks, and it's excellent to be able to hear them like this. I am grateful. <3

Fantastic! I'll just repeat this in case it got buried above (you got precisely the amount of replies you deserve and that's a lot) Brilliant indeed, gothicarchiesfan! While we're making request, I'd like a clean version of the soundtrack from the Opera Murder Flashback, and of Count Olaf's rescue of Kit and subsequent death.

I'm working on extracting the music everyone has requested so far, but it does take a bit of time to get it right. If you (or anybody else here) has a request for a track please don't hesitate to post here. Have no fear, I'll see it.

gothicarchiesfan, if you're honestly okay with working so hard to extract all this music, it would be great to have the score from the part in TWW Part 2 where Violet starts talking about fire alarms, and the theme from when Dewey sneaks up on Kit after she drops off the Baudelaires at the Hotel Denouement (it's the mystery theme that was featured a lot in Season 3).

After watching the show; I have come to the conclusion that The Man with a Beard and No Hair and The Woman with Hair but no Beard are siblings. The series; both book and TV revolves around siblings primarily; the Baudelaires, Snickets, Quagmires, Anwistles, Denoument's, White Faced Woman etc. Due to their similarities; with the pale skin town and their hair; plus that they show no 'love affection'; I think they are brother and sister who decided to work in the judiciary and the Fire Fighting side of the schism.

Gothicarchiesfan, thank you for these. I have chills from listening to some and I love having these together. I feel so bad asking but I have 2 requests (pretty short ones) if you don’t mind.
The music that ends TGG Part 2 “Snicket, Kit Snicket” The music from who really called Lucky Smells after the Quagmire fakeout that ends TMM Part 2 with Poe on the phone
Thank you!!!
