Yes, this is really very convenient! I participated very little in what happened in 2019, simply because I was not getting time to read the books again at the same pace as everyone else ...

This is a great achievement and will be incredibly helpful. Clearly Mister M has a challenger for his position of Class Historian.

For a long time I have wanted to try and edit and merge all of these re-reads together, into one single thread. To kind of create a complete unofficial guide to the books, page by page, line by line.... perhaps one day

Competition is all we need at the moment. While Mister M is dedicated to award statistics, we have someone to worry about the content. I think that someone would be better classified as a librarian ... For a long time I have wanted to try and edit and merge all of these re-reads together, into one single thread. To kind of create a complete unofficial guide to the books, page by page, line by line.... perhaps one day That would be incredible. Not only the re-reads, but also theories related to each book as a form of appendix to the guide.

I'm doubtful you could turn the rereads into a guide: there are actual discussions going on in them, and the points made wouldn't always make sense out of the context of the discussions.
There was a plan once for 667 to produce a Snicket guide: a person called Doom came along with a very enthusiastic proposal, and Tragedy authorised him to proceed with it, and Dante and I had quite lengthy discussions with hin, in which we kept saying we needed time to think about things, and he kept saying 'We must do this NOW!', and finally we told him were both very busy right now, but could come back to it in a few months time, and he went away and was never heard of again.

It would be interesting to return this project gradually ... chapter by chapter, with information contained in the forum and cooperation ...

Probably enough time has passed that I can add a little more to this story without violating a confidence. The fact is, such a resource already existed at the time. HarperCollins has a series bible for ASoUE. I know this because I wrote quite a bit of it. And in response to this particular incident, I actually put out quiet and careful feelers investigating whether it would be possible for any of said bible to be posted publicly. (The answer to that question should be readily apparent.)

What is a series bible? A consulting guide for the publishers?

Broadly speaking. It was a document, or rather a set of documents, thoroughly compiling all established details on characters, locations, ongoing mysteries; summaries of the books, compilations of words defined, things like that. Quite exhaustive. The suggestion made to me was that such a thing might be useful to, for instance, anyone working on a filmed adaptation of the books.

Ah, I see. I was a bit puzzled, because normally a series bible is something used in multi-authored works, to ensure consistency among the writers, and it's not clear what purpose it would serve in a a series with just one author. Though with this particular author it might have been helpful, I suppose. Though in that case....
Anyhow, it's thrilling to know we have the author of such a work hiding among us. Did it actually have any impact on the film? or on the series?

You may not know it, but you are talking to one of the world's greatest experts in ASOUE. In fact Dante knows more about ASOUE than Daniel Handler himself. And I am not exaggerating.

I know Handler is aware of 667's existence to some extent - it used to be linked in the official ASoUE website (how I found it), the occasional fan Q&A - but that he, or anyone at HarperCollins, would be so intimately acquainted with the site that he would know of Dante at all strikes me as inconceivable. No matter how intense his expertise is.
