I don't burn. In fact, said so bluntly seems to be something that has always been implied.
Kit hid the truth about Dewey, because she wanted the Baudelaires to be confused as they were sent all over the Hotel D only to be seen by people of interest, as their services there were unnecessary.

Not burning. Mrs Bass stole the Baudelaire fortune(or atleast part of it).

Not burn.
The Great Unknown is two things, a spherical submarine and the Bombinating Beast.

I would never burn it! I'll keep it noted in my commonplace book.
Sally Sebald is male.

Attributing women’s accomplishments to men is unbelievably sexist, so I need to burn this using the giant magnifying glass I have but have never found a good use for. Moxie was one of the unknown people at the Building Committee meeting in TUA

Not only do I keep this note with me, I publish it in my next book using code that is very easy to solve.
Beatrice and Bertrand made a suicide pact, which is why they sent their children to the beach that day.

Burn, there's no good reason to commit suicide at that point.
The murder of Olaf's parents used poison from the Royal Gardens.

I don't burn. I really believe that.
The one who made Olaf an orphan was himself, when he committed matricide and/or patricide. Kit and the Baudelaire parents were only gathering evidence of this on opera night, and so Kit smiled when talking about that night and Olaf didn't show any kind of rancor when talking about the darts in TPP.

Incinerate with extreme prejudice, it removes all the moral nuance if Olaf is just evil.
The Baudelaire fortune was stolen by Mrs. Bass.

I make a bonfire with it. After all, the value of the money was insured in the bank as it earned interest. This explains why Olaf doesn't try to rob the bank: he wants to steal the inheritance and not just get rich, and for that he needs a legal ruse.
The Baudelaires' money, books, and mansion unofficially belonged to the VFD, as the VFD is a secret organization—all these resources must be under the name of previously chosen individuals.

I'm putting that in my commonplace to possibly return to later on. Moxie is the editor.
