Let's talk again about My Silence Knot

Now that we have new members who have recently read TBL (I hope so), I would like to know their opinion on some of the issues that I consider mysteries planned for TBL.


At the moment, the issue not well resolved between me and Dante is the answer to the question: "How did Beatrice Jr know about the anagram My Silence Knot in the letter BB to LS # 1?"

Dante defends the idea that she always knew this through means involving the things that had been told to her by the Baudelaires. I defend the idea that the letter BB to LS # 1 was written after BB to LS # 3, and the editor simply missed the sequence of the letters. I defend the idea that Beatrice Jr found important information about Lemony Snicket and the poem My SIlence Knot in the letters she found in Lemony's office, as narrated in BB to LS # 2. And that the first letter she sent never arrived, as she claims to be a possibility. (After all, Lemony taking her only letter with her and leaving all the others is very unlikely).

I definitely agree with you, Jean. I haven’t read much of the Beatrice Letters, but I will give a more detailed theory later. Thanks for bringing this up by the way.
