R.: she answered 14 questions, earning 14 negative points. This round's score for Roxy is -14. Unfortunately she didn't get the character or the statement right. So she didn’t win the positive points. twigz scored 18 positive points and scored 8 negative points. She was a TSL journalist. Thus, because the interviewer was wrong about who she was and what the pronouncement was, half of her negative points are disregarded. So the final balance was 14 positive points. the panopticountolaf was a TDP reporter. He scored 16 positive points. But in addition, he scored 6 negative points. The final balance was 10 positive points for the panopticountolaf.

I am thinking of adding a rule of mercy. If the score that someone has in the game (after considering the points from previous rounds) falls below zero, the score will be considered only Zero. In other words, the negative points remove positive points that you have already gained at some point. Thus, the final score of R. would be only zero, at the end of that round, not leaving her with such a heavy load for the next rounds. I would like to hear your opinion and your suggestion.

I think I will put the additional rule that the interviewed player earns 13 points for correctly deducting the character and another 13 points for correctly deducting the pronouncement.

Yes, I agree with both of those rules. I still think that the game should be tweaked though so it's less difficult for the interviewee. Perhaps the interviewee is allowed to ask the master a yes/no question before both reporters can ask a question? e.g. roxy: is my character female? jean: yes urbanletteropener: question 1 roxy: answer 1 twiggy: question 2 roxy: answer 2, question to master jean: yes/no answer etc etc

Great suggestion! In fact, it would be interesting that the interviewee could ask a question at the beginning for free to the master, and then throughout the game she could ask other questions (up to a maximum of 3) but at the cost of receiving 3 negative points for each question that the interviewee decides to do. Always yes or no questions. What do you think?

I think 3 would be waaaay too little, but ask Roxy, because she's the one that was the interviewee

The registration period has ended. twigz will be the unprepared interviewee for this round. I will send the roles, the character and the statement soon.

twigz , you can ask me a free question now. The question must be "yes or no". You have two days to ask the question. (If not, interviewers can start the question session.)
