DH's been lately posting these on his Instagram, do you think it has something to do with Poison for breafast or something else? Few things looks ASOUE/ATWQ related, but could be overthinking.

I'm leaning towards "something else" as it seems long past the point in time to be preparing anything at all for PfB; but Handler does present them as something of a project. Perhaps they'll appear in an article, or as elements of a novel in a more experimental format.

I think this is related to PFB. I think it shows his expectations, and it somehow shows the stages of the creative process that he used in PFB.

I'm pretty sure it's just Daniel Handler doodling joke ideas in a diagram format. He's also posted some pics of vegetables he's written random phrases on with a marker. It's just his sense of humour without there being any "job" attached to it.

Sorry I mean most of you assuming it's not related to the PFS, although I'd love to think it is related I have no opinion, but love reading yours and thinking about it. Guess I should also think more before commenting nonsense ^^'

Guess I should also think more before commenting nonsense ^^' I can only recommend that you write what you want, without being afraid to appear noncense. After all, we are using false names, we are using profile pictures that do not show our true faces, we are talking about works of fiction and most importantly: one that judges others as "noncense" just because the person wrote something he disagrees with, it is a big idiot.

Have we solved the mystery of Carmelita's age?

It’s not a mystery, she is strongly implied — almost confirmed — to be thirteen.

Why are we talking about this here ... But since I didn't start it ...
I can say that Carmelita's age can only be deduced through her behavior. I can say however that this deduction will be full of prejudiced ideas that adults have with regard to children, and so I ask for a license to act in that way. In addition, I need to use some of my theory of the Great Hiatus.
To begin with, Carmelita is a girl who practices bullying. I believe that this behavior starts at around 10 years of age. Carmelita does not mind going around playing in disguise even though she is the only one who is in disguise. This fits a child better than a pre-adolescent (let alone an adolescent). Still, it must not be such a small child, since it imposes fear on others.
Carmelita being 10 fits a lot in that.
Now about the Great Hiatus. To understand this, we must accept that when Daniel Handler wrote LSTUA he did not have the destruction of Hotel D in mind. So Esmé and Carmelita were certainly alive after a few years of the main events described in asoue. So Carmelita when Lemony wrote TAA, Peufrock Prep had already closed for many years. (Many years must be at least 3 years). But as soon as he returned from abroad, Prufrock Prep was still open, as he quotes Prufrock Prep's computer in the personal note he wrote about R. Lemony's letter spent at least two (probaly more) years abroad after the publication of TWW (because the Duchess quotes "years" in the plural where Lemony was "dead".) However, when Miss K was at Peufrock Prep, Carmelita was still there. And that was at the time when Prufrock Prep was to be closed. In addition, at least 2 years passed between the main events and the publication of TRR (since Klaus has been unable to sleep properly for years). So, we have 2 (Time until publication TRR) + 2 ( Lemony time abroad) = 4 years at least between the main events and the closing of Prufrock Prep.
We know that the closing of high school in the ASOUE universe happens around the age of 18 (or that, at least, is a well accepted theory). If Carmelita was still studying at Prufrock Prep at the time of the closing of the school (which is evidenced by the reply letter that Nero sent to Carmelita's parents) this means that she was probably 18 years old (or less) at the time when this happened.
However, in the photo from the Miss K chapter, we do not see any almost adults being seen besides the mysterious woman. Carmelita must be among those children and teenagers. I would say that she must be, at that time, about 14 or at most 15 years old. Reducing 4 or 5 years of that, we have 10 or 11 years for Carmelita during the main events.(And more than 18 years old when TAA was published.)
