I just wanted to post here and say my sleep has been so much better lately, I slept 9 hours straight the past 2 nights, and I don't need to rely on medication for insomnia anymore.
I attribute this to not having raging disordered eating this year, and actually fuelling my running properly lmao

That's good to hear Eating is so important, it sounds silly because it seems so obvious but so many people forget that the human body needs food and then wonder why they have some weird mystery symptoms, which doctors can't find a reason for and then say it's just stress.
