Thank you for arranging this opportunity, Semblance. My Q would be: Were there instructions regarding the age in your depictions of Lemony Snicket? If not, was it difficult to keep Lemony's age ambiguous in your illustrations?

What kinds of illustrations do you find boring? And which types do you see as exciting?
To what extent do publishers interfere in the work of illustrators? Do you need to change the same illustration multiple times? What principles do you think are important to define the number of illustrations in a book? Do you believe that even books aimed at adults should have a good amount of illustrations?
