I'm trying to decide what to cook this weekend. I feel like eating spinach but I don't know what to put with it.

I've run out of olive oil a few days ago and can't get a new bottle because of the war. I am now using vegetable fat to cook and it actually works surprisingly nicely. I like the very slightly different taste it gives to the food (poultry and veggies). Only thing is it hisses like crazy in the pan.

That's crazy there is a shortage because of the war, I haven't noticed that here but I don't often cook too much with oil. Kit's tits kick ticks it's really good in salads for lunch or wilted into curry/rice dishes. I wilted some in with meatballs and tomato sauce last week, and I can never believe how much water it loses when cooking

i recently learnt how to make sundubu jjigae. never knew it was so easy to make. i used to order it from this korean restaurant and it'd cost me around rm22 -- now i just cook the stew at home

Oooh, I have never baked a Focaccia, I have to do that.
We have borrowed a recipe book from the library because we want to cook more different things. Last week we made some salmon with spicy stuff in a roll, and this week some fish with spaghetti tied around and spinach. It's a bit difficult to find stuff we both like because we have quite different tastes, so that's also why we ended up making two fish things because that's something we both like.
