It has recently come to my attention that I may be chronically stressed. I keep myself very busy, and don't generally feel too emotionally stressed (well not until recently), but I've started to have other external signs crop up.
What do you do to relieve stress?

Aw, Bee~
I've been under some stress myself these past few weeks and one thing that I've been doing to destress is Wikipedia surfing. Usually I start with a featured article and then go from there. I also draw, like Semblance, but my works tend to take the form of scribbles + sentence fragments rather than anything big.

Sorry to hear this, B. If I'm trying to cope with stress I draw, read, watch animal videos or very occasionally play video games. Or I find creepy/funny stories from reddit. I hope things get better soon!

i recommend taking a short break from whatever activity you’re currently performing (in my case often work stresses me out) to sort of recenter/ have a breather/ drink some water/ have a snack (i tend to neglect my body when anxious)/ maybe wash your face
also be sure to seek professional help if you haven’t already & think it’s necessary 🤍

Everything that everyone else says. I think you just have to do anything that doesn't matter, something you can't really be good or bad at or do right or wrong, so there can't be any pressure. Just let yourself be useless for a bit
