Hello, the Annual 667 Summber Book Club (or A6SBC, for short) is returning, now run by me. (Ideally I would have got this post up two weeks ago, but covid curtailed me somewhat).
We will be reading a book over the duration of the summer (or more like August-September), and discussing as we go in this thread.
To Nominate a book for discussion, simply post the title and author below. After a few days I'll put up a poll and we can choose a book.
Some guidelines for nominations: 1. Must be appropriate for all ages 2. It cannot be any of the following books as we have already read them: The Hunger Games, Cloud Atlas, Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell, The Book Thief, Pizza and Coffee, Why We Broke Up, Railsea, We Are Pirates, The Magicians or Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, The Hounds of Morrigan 3. Books must be less than 700 pages 4. You can nominate books that have been nominated before.
