hmm...the whole dream ending is could either be horrible, or BRILLIANT.

Anywho, it sounds interesting and amusing now, but I and others would probably be ticked off if it was ended like that, so I doubt he will. But it'd be funny if he did.

However, in light of the way TPP ends, Lemony could work in some allusion to Row, Row, Row Your Boat. While I doubt he'd actually spring the "it was all a dream" ending on us, he probably would joke about it.

Perhaps it will end 'all a dream' with like 20 pages left, then he says only joking and tells the real end.
I can see it now and as the dead body of sunny lay their in front of the orphans, count olaf yelled at the them 'row...row'...

Anyway, I've taken a bunch of writing classes, and they always tell us to never ever ever end a story with "Oh, it was all a dream", because it is a cop-out and like you couldn't really think of a way to finish the story, and it is bad writing. I think Daniel's better than that. |

I would really hate it if he ended the story with "It was all a dream", It would really annoy me. *Crosses Fingers and hopes Lemony doesn't end it with everything being all a dream*

I would track down Daniel Handler and kill him if he ended it like that. No, not really, but I would write him an angry letter.
