Yeah, it's scary... I'm sure if we look we'll find most of it what with the hundreds of people on this list... I still stand by all my earlier posts.

I took an interest in Hector and Monty, really liked them, cept hector's skittishness. And I was thinking about the Baudelaire parents, about which one survived or if they both did. Then I remembered "Children, your parents" then shortly before "My name is Jacques!" and u can guess what happened after that. Anyway, Beatrice was an actor as mentioned in LSUA and so was Mrs. Baudelaire according to violet in book 9.

Lovely, I just came up with more evidence on why K is not the mom. K was an english teacher at Prufrock prep shortly after the bauds left, correct? Of course it is, anyway, if K had survived the fire and was the mom, what on Earth whould she be doing teaching english while the bauds were with an enemy(esme)? The parents obviously cared so much about their children, so K couldn't possibly survive, then teach english while her children went back to the city, doesn't make sense.

Yes... it's official... We have more than enough proof that K is not Baubmom

Wow Snicketfires, that translation's twice as long as the one I got. I used the same method as "I am Jack's Ambidextrous Kevin" and got a slightly better translation. Yours needless to say is a lot more accurate. But how did you translate it that well? Anyway, I'm following my usual pattern and turning it into Beatrice=Mrs. Baudelaire evidence. It was by C Baudelaire in reference to Beatrice. Poem by husband about wife. I didn't translate it myself. I got it off the internet. I tried to do it myself, but I bet it turned out worse than either of yours. The translation took a really long time to find. And I still can't find a french version on the internet. I'll have to get Les Fleurs du Mal again.

I've got so much evidence on this thread I'm going to have to copy it all into my mock snicket file. I'll cry if I'm never able to see it again.

You'll cry if you never see what again?

If I'm never able to see all my beatiful evidence piled into one thread. I'll lose some of my arguement materials. It's difficult to convince people to accept that Beatrice=Mrs. Baudelaire so I need that evidence.

ok what about a tripwych?

I don't think so. The triptych is referring to the fact that Beatrice died in an awful fire, and that Lemony is using the typewriter to type about the adventures of her children, the Baudelaires.
