Most people just call them with the false names Olaf gave them. The ones that are anagrams of Count Olaf.
Flacutono is the bald man
O. Lucafont is the hook handed man
Flo and Tocuna are the white powder faced women
and the androgyne is the androgyne because there wasn't name for him/her.

But I guess that in THH they mention most of them.

Flacutono first appears with that name in TMM. It's not till THH that we learn the false names of the twin henchwomen.

Sunny called hiimer "orlando" once, so some people call him that.
