I dont know if this really matters, but I just think this is interesting.
Collete is a Contortionist. (CC)
Hugo is a Hunchback (HH)
but Kevin doesn't fit in with the pattern. Maybe Kevin isn't his real name?
Also, it is interesting that the alitterations mentioned above are both used in the book series.

She was listing the initials of each person and their freakish trait(Hugo/hunchback and Colette/contortionist). I guess these coincidental alliterations are interesting to someone.

I think it is just more alliteraton, and the titles are not really linked to the freaks. I hate the new freaks anyway.
