I went to amazon.com and they said there will be a book called A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Ominous Omnibus. They also said that it's coming out Oct. 26. Does anybody know anything about this book?

If'n I believe correctly, it's probably going to be a box set of books one through ten.

At six hundred and some-odd pages, it's probably books 1-3 in a single volume.

That's strange. They already have The Trouble Begins. There must be something speciel about it.

It's a single volume rather than the three books boxed.

Oh, of course. I'm not buying it. I have all three books. What difference does it make to have them all in the same binding? I'm just thinking...do they sell box-sets in UK? Wait! Hehe....in UK, we already have them all in one book. I saw 4, 5 and 6 in one book together anyway, so I assume there is 1, 2 and 3. I'll try to rent it from the library and check it out.

But why would he call it The Ominous Omnibus? Why wouldn't he call it something more along the lines of the Trouble Begins? It gets people confused. Like us, or in any case, like me.

Think about it... The standard books have incredibly large margins. This could be a standard encyclopedia sized book. That way they could have books 1-11. Smaller margins, bigger pages, perhaps a smaller type-face... They could do that.

Right?

Maybe, the Ombnibus is 1,2 and 3 in a book, 4,5 and 6 in a book, 7, 8, and 9 in a book...and 10 and 11, since TGG will be out by then.
