Weird. Eerie. Sounds like someone was living six months in the past. Unfortunately, I can't show you the new pictures in the calendar--and some are indeed new--but I can type up some dates. However, this calendar doesn't seem to be as clue-heavy as the last one with the Jacques Snicket bio-blurbs, but it's very funny.
Dates in January: 1: New Year's Day. A fine time to put the miseries of last year behind you--and dread the mysteries of the year to come 27: King Charles sentenced to beheading, against his wishes, 1649. 29: Poet Robert Frost died 1963. We do not know if it was against his wishes.
More later, if I am so motivated.

Violet's eyes look all puffy. I almost typed in Abigail by accident which is really weird because she doesn't even look like Violet, she looks more like Carmelita.

***Spoilers From February*** 1: Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley, author of Frankenstein, dies, 1851. 4: Even 154 years later, there are no reports of a mad scientist digging up the body of Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley and attempting to reanimate it with lightning. 8: Head of Mary Queen of Scots removed from body of Mary Queen of Scots, 1587. 13: For the first time in thousands of years, the door to King Tut's tomb is opened, 1924. According to legend, this desecration unleashes the fabled "mummy's curse". 26: Salem Witch Hunt begins, 1692. Next post: Crows, Poison, and Julius Caesar: March!

Stupid canadian bookstores. I went there and they told me they don't have it, and probably won't order it until december, when they start selling calendars. I guess I will order it.

Spoilers From April 3: Daylight savings time begins. Many people will lose an hour by resetting their clocks. Others will lose two hours by seeing a bad movie or a tedious ballet. 11: John Merrick, the famously misshapen "Elephant Man" dies, 1890, after years of humiliating display at a carnival. 15: The Titanic sinks after collision with an iceberg, 1912. 29: Arbor Day. A very special day for those with ardor for arbor.

You've seen the cover.. Jan-- Klaus reaching for a book (no titles but the book is red) up on a ladder with Violet and Sunny in the background. For those interested Violet is wearing a yellow ribbon. Feb-- a picture from TBB the one with the fire engine, Actually, it's not quite the same. It seems to be from a different angle. Compare the two. From the third boxed set "The Dilemma Deepens." It also seems a bit different somehow, like the pic in Feb. It's from the second boxed set.

Wow! It sounds awesome!
I doubt bookstores here will be selling them until December, though, since, after all, they overstocked on them last year... I mean, it meant an extra free copy for me, but still...
I can't wait!

I mean, it meant an extra free copy for me, but still... I can't wait! Well, I went to a bookstore and they told me that they ordered only 5 and that the calendars might arrive later next month, so I separated a copy for me.
