That old thing. It's not very interesting. Here's the last thread I could find about it. Threads on it go in PProducts, probably as it's not by Snicket and doesn't add to the canon, and probably also because that's where they've traditionally been. *moves* Edit: Released September 2004? No wonder it feels like it's always been around. Incidentally, the harsher Amazon reviews (because that's an Amazon link, not B&N) look like they've been written on somewhat mistaken bases; you'd think one small mistake on the author's part was the end of the world, going off one of those reviews, and a couple others needn't have wasted their time reading it if they'd only looked at the name on the cover and seen that it wasn't by Snicket/Handler. That said, it isn't a great book, and the title's probably a little misleading.

It is actually a very interesting book (I scimed through it at Barns & Nobles.)

I thought she was a it try-hard, but otherwise, it was pretty good. How about this: I found it in a two-dollar shop for $2.50! I obviously bought it.

When I visited America, I saw the book you mentioned but I wasn't able to buy it. It seems that No two bookstores of the same branch have the same amount of books. The same goes here in the Philippines.

It was surprisingly good...well-researched, at least. I enjoyed it.
