I can't find the ninth one (the one I'm using for my avatar), I used URL editing to view the new eyes before the updated site was accessible. I can't find it on the new site myself; nor can I find the Image and Concept Art that VFDeye referred to, unless it's something small and unimportant which I've already seen. I have indeed got numbers one-to-eight saved in the collection.
MrWho, touchy, aren't we? I was saying that out of sheer excitement, I wasn't going "Check me out! I'm totally the one, I can control the Matrix at will and hack any site I want omg lol!!11!!!!!1!!!1".
Edit: Naturally, those clueless idiots at the Daily Punctiliio don't have a clue where the ninth eye is either. One of them claimed to have it, but put the location in Sebald Code - poorly. He or she mucked up the code and so nobody can find it. Their message decoded as "Then you if". Hmph.

"to find the 9 th eye walk 5 steps past mr poe then head tord the mortmain mountains if the bell rings then use the s code from there travel to paltryville if you manage to find sunny follow her to the 9th eye(if this doesnt make sense its in code)"
It's either in Sebald or Versed Furtive Discloser, which I know very little about as apparently it's from the Grim Grotto. Either way, it makes no sense. The person in question had found only four eyes, although I suppose they could simply be missing some of the others.
Edit: I haven't found the ninth eye yet, but I've found where it is in the movie. In Shadowy Stills, the seventh picture where Olaf's in a chair, the back design of that chair is clearly the ninth eye.

That made no sense...AT ALL. Maybe they're tricking us and its not actually in code? Then it could mean Lemony Snicket Desk...somehow...

I think that it's more that the people who post at the Daily Punctilio are incompetent. Just go in and call yourself "Actress Violet" or "Webmaster" and they'll swallow it hook, line and sinker. Fools.

Okie...here's what I got....Im just guessing...
Go to the desk, click Mr. Poe, hover over his description or picture until the bell rings, then use the Sebald Code from there to go to Paltryville??
Yes...I know it makes no sense.....

I've given up on searching for the ninth eye. I shall wait until some other intelligent person locates it. It could, of course, be on a different website - I've checked JimCarreyOnline.com, and that just had the third eye. It might be hidden somewhere on LemonySnicket.com - the fourth eye is there (although it can be found on the movie site too).
Edit: I've very reluctantly posted a topic on the Daily Punctilio asking where the ninth eye is. I'll monitor the situation there.

In the downloads section is says "Visit Mr. Poe for more itchy icons". Could this be it?

But that says, "Coming Soon".
And my thread on the Punctilio is getting some response, although I don't think that those fools know anything worthwhile. There might be an intelligent - or lucky - one among them, though.

true....but in the Miserable Movie section, even though the other two options are coming soon, you still get two pictures......also, the prize for finding the eight eye is two concept drawings...But I can't figure out how to access them,...

Hey, you're right, I can't see them either! Maybe, since they only just updated the site, then they mucked up some stuff.
And my topic in the Daily Punctilio is going somewhere! Can you remember where the eighth eye was? I might be able to do a deal.
Edit: Never have I dealt with such idiots. Every post I made asked where the ninth eye was, and then the idiot who might have it replies saying "wut r u asking me??" It's enough to make one scream.

Yay! Maybe its this one!!!! "On the main page, put your curser over "Subscribe to The Snicket Report". Move your curser, and then put it back over it. It will change revealing the eight eye." If its not tell them to go to my guide www.thequietworld.com/eyes.shtmlI've posted guides on how to find each eye, and I've found the eight one, so it must be there! The 1,2,4,6. I am missing the 3 *I could get it though...The Daily Punctilio just isn't loading!*, 5, and 9

Have you gotten the eight eye? If it is the one, you can simply wait on the main page, and it will change from "Count Olaf" Coming October, to "Read a Book with Klaus", and "Subscribe to the Snicket Report" automatically, but the hovering over usually helps. The eye should be on the Count Olaf one.
