what Hogwarts houses would the ASOUE characters be in?
I think Olaf would be slytherin,Esme would be..maybe Ravenclaw or Slytherin,Monty would be Hufflepuff,Mr.Poe would be Hufflepuff,and the Baudeaires and Quagmires...they're hard to sort.They're all very intelligent/clever,they're kind and loyal,they're all brave,and the Baudelaires are sometimes sly.They might most likely be in Ravenclaw...what do you think?

I think the Baudelaires are most likely Ravenclaws; intelligent, well-read, modest and good-looking.
The Quagmires would probably be Hufflepuffs; friendly, accepting and loyal.

Lemony Snicket would be a Ravenclaw (killer thread idea by the way).
Jacques and Kit too I imagine.
The thing about asoue characters is that the good ideas are pretty much all intellectuals, and some of them are brave, so they could go either way, like Hermione.

I think that in a way, Violet is more leaning to Gryffinndor and Klaus to Ravenclaw, simply because Klaus is more booksmart where Violet is innovative and skill-directed in her intelligence, something I could see more useful for a Gryfinndor.
Sunny, who knows.
Olaf may have been anything, we don't really know what he was like as a teen. Same for Esme. Mr. Poe probably Hufflepuff, and Monty easily could have been. Other members of VFD like Kit and Jacques are indeterminable, but all seem to be leaning towards a Ravenclaw/Gryfinndor affliation.

Phil the optimist would be in Hufflepuff, Fiona would be in Ravenclaw...
Heh, wouldn't you think that 'noble' VFD members would be in Gryffindor? That lot's supposed to be noble.
Madame Lulu could take over for Trelawney!
Hal could take over for Madame Pince...
*is thinking that some fanfic-er should write a fic about aSoUE characters taking over Hogwarts....hmmmmm...*

I'm campaigning: Vice-Principal Nero for Hogwarts Vice-Headmaster!
Hector could teach Potions, and Justice Strauss could do Herbology. Aunt Josephine would be perfect for Muggle Studies. Shouldn't Uncle Monty be in charge of Care of Magical Creatures?

Monty could also be gamekeeper...
Justice Strauss could be employed in the legal offices of the Ministry of Magic.
Jerome Squalor is definitely Hufflepuff.

Oh,and last year in class,I made a short fanfic about the Baudelaires discovering that they're wizards/witches!Carmelita was Draco's cousin,Sunny accidently went on a flying Quidditch broom,etc.I didn't get the chance to finish though,but I might finish it and put it in the fanfiction section. Oh,and Mr.Remora could replace Professor Binns! |
